Why We Don't Offer Online Booking

At POINT A TO POINT B, we believe transportation should be personal, reliable, and tailored to each client. That's why we intentionally do not use an automated booking system.

Unlike standard rideshare services, our reservations often involve detailed pickup and drop-off instructions, flight information, multiple passengers, special requests, wait times, luggage, and other factors that an automated booking form cannot always account for properly.

When you contact us directly, we can review the details of your trip, confirm availability, make sure the appropriate vehicle and driver are assigned, and address and special requirements before your reservation is finalized.

This also allows us to provide a higher level of communication and service from the moment you request a ride through the completion of your trip.

Your Reservation Isn't Simply Entered Into a Calendar. It's Personally Coordinated from POINT A TO POINT B.
